My friends Jay and Carmen, owners of B+B Studio , asked me to try this new class they have at the Manila Polo Club. I went two weeks ago to check it out. The toy they used that day was the fitness circle. Each class uses a different toy.
Everything and anything from the heart
Exercising with TOYS on hand is an enjoyable way to trim down and tone up our muscles. The foam rollers and the giant ball are my faves.
I join the morning class and it is the best, slow movement but you feel the pain. Hopefully if I continue this class by December I will look in good in a bikini. (wishful thinkinking?)
