Beijing Kitchen Grand Hyatt Hotel Macau

When we checked in the hotel, it was past lunch already so we were hungry.  We drove past the bridge to get to the other side to get to Hyatt hotel to try Beijing Kitchen.  IT WAS WORTH IT!!!

Since we arrived at around 2pm already, the waitress told us that we would have to wait 30 minutes for a whole order of peking duck but we would get a half order right away – so of course we chose the half! :-)  Maybe someone ordered half at the same time we arrived.  We were so hungry and I guess good for us anyway not to have too much especially of the skin! It is WOOD FIRED OVEN Peking Duck!

Oh my gosh, love loved this fish- Crispy Mandarin Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce
