A few weeks ago, Rachelle served a cheese platter which was really really delicious.

I was very surprised to find out that it was locally made in a Davao farm. I normally only hear of local cheeses such as quesong puti or mozzarella being made here in our country but something similar to blue cheese and camembert? WOW!! So i asked Rachelle to share her source with me. Hopefully one day I can visit the farm and see where and how it is actually made.
Heart2Heart loves cheese! especially if it is proudly Filipino made! :-)
Rachelle served us Chevre, Blue Peppato and Feta ( from left to right )
This is Olive Puentespina, the cheesemaker, with one of her goats.
And her cheeses…YUMMY!!
Blue goat cheese and fresh goat cheese ( quesong puti style ). The berries on the right are “Bignay” and are grown in the farm
Bottled Bignay also grown in the farm

Whenever my cook, Edna, prepares this, it seems to always be a “hit” so I thought of sharing it here at Heart2Heart. Edna’s version looks even more yummy than the photo
The Fisher brand is the best so far for Heart2Heart. And now it also comes in PIZZA flavor and it is so yummy!!!
Planter’s Cheeseballs is back!!
Thanks to my cousin Ana and my sister Maricar for sending me the resurrected version of Planter’s Cheeseballs!
I thought they stopped making them- apparently not but under a different name but similar packaging.
The taste is not as good as the original one though. There are so many brands trying to copy the packaging of Planter’s.

THE BEST!: Fruits in Ice Cream

QUESO
The Pinoy’s version of a cheese desset. Fresh cheese blended in creamy, milky sorbetes and dotted with “cheese” bits as how Pinoys know and love it. Queso is another unique sorbetes flavor that is dairy nutritious and dairy delicious.
2nd BEST: Selecta
3rd BEST: Arce Dairy
They even have it in sugar free…
What a nice presentation for cheese by Frieda Lim. I saw it and asked her if Heart2Heart could share it.
This is a cream cheese boursin spread which she molded into a bowl. Before you put the spread, arrange some fresh herbs to the bottom of the bowl. Unmold to serving plate and add more herbs around. Try it!
and a heart shaped one!!!!! Salmon Cheese Torte

Thanks to my good friend Janet for introducing me to this great discovery. SUPER THIN CRUNCHY CHEESE CRACKERS!!!!!!! It is super thin! and super good!!!

We both love cheese so we sometimes share with each other our cheese discoveries.
I love it! I love it!! It is yummy alone or as an alternative to Oishi Bread Pan and can be used as well for dips and spreads. It is amazing because it is really super thin!

It is only P 32.50 for a pack of 10 packs ( each pack has maybe around 20 crackers inside )! It comes in sweet flavors as well - Milk and Choco. Very good on its own or you can spread your favorite chocolate spread.
