I remember Bulgin and Lils house being behind walls and I could not even see where the house was, so when we went back a year later, we definitely did not miss the house. BEAUTIFUL! I told them it reminded me of a Palm Springs home The architect is Franklin Mariano who is the uncle of Lils….. …but everything inside is done by Lils. She told me that she picked each and every single thing inside the house and took charge of every single detail that was done inside the house A beautiful and very valuable vintage Baccarat chandelier Den Bulgin’s Burago car collection Master Bedroom Two Bedrooms Stairs leading to the attic Which is Bulgin’s playroom :-) More height!! The dining room window facing the pool My favorite part of the house Pool area..soon we will be having wood bricked oven pizza by the pool…watch out for that here in a few months! :-)

A beautiful residential condominium right across Gramercy Park, New York City
We were fortunate to have visited a friend’s place in this very exclusive residence, not to mention, the neighbor of Karl Lagerfeld!
The condo was designed by John Pawson who is known for his minimalist style. Some of his works are the Cathay Pacific lounge in the Hong Kong airport, Calvin Klein boutique and many others
Beautiful view of Gramercy Park by the living room
No clutter, everything is simple and clean
Hallway leading to the bedrooms
kids room
Master bedroom- the TV comes out of the desk/table
Everything in the condo is controlled by this- music, temperature, lights, window shades, etc. They can also control it from their computer in Manila if needed
A cabinet in the living room which contains all the audio, video and other gadgets in the condo
An artwork bought in an auction
Even John Pawson’s website is minimalist! Click below to go to his website
Lolo took us also to this beautiful castle!!! If the trend is having restaurants in homes, this one was a castle!! It was a true home of an individual in the past and now it is a hotel with a restaurant. Events and Weddings are also held here as it is truly a beautiful venue.
We had a delicious brunch with a very cozy ambience, Thank you Lolo for taking us and for your company which we enjoyed the most!

This place does exist and it is not in a movie! It is so beautiful and it is in our very own country!!
My friend, Frank, actually bought this place and it will be the site of his new beach house! He said it will be completed in a few months. It is 3,100 square meters with a nice private beach and pier located in Davao. Thanks Frank for sharing your home with us at Heart2Heart, hopefully one day we will get to see it for real
Meet Frank! and look at the fish he caught and will be eating for meals :-)
He even has a bangka!!
Hip, young couples worldwide are now so selective that their personal styles take center stage in their home. Practicality no longer takes precedence over things that they choose to live with day in and day out. Linens, utility bags, utility boxes and even things for the baby that are normally purchased for their usefulness now show marked influences of their discriminating taste and demand for quality as well as a preferred distinct aesthetic. For the expectant mother, to the excited grandparent and even for the doting godparent, DwellStudio is your resource for all the elements of the perfectly coordinated home. Its range of products for the youngest members of the family includes the sensible as well as the sweet – all designed to charm kids while blending beautifully into your home. DwellStudio’s cohesive collections are made to mix and match effortlessly, creating a dynamic space to keep inspiring as your kids grow. The emphasis on great design is matched by DwellStudio’s commitment to the quality, safety and the environment. All DwellStudio baby products are created using low-impact dyes, which contain no heavy metals or other known toxic substances. They’re free of formaldehyde and AZO dyes, and meet all the criteria for eco-friendly pigments. As an extra step, DwellStudio redesigned its packaging by eliminating PVC and using only eco-friendly materials. The chic new bags and boxes are specially designed for reuse – whether for storage, laundry or travel. For 2010, three new designs were created to transform a room into a proper nursery – in charming prints and bold colors that are every bit as sophisticated as their designs for grown-ups. The same prints are also used in your baby’s accessories (blankets, towels, bags, travel cases). New to this year’s collection is the introduction of new accessories to further complete your baby’s needs – lunch boxes, photo albums, brag book, scribble kit, ID tags and bath wrap, all made in the same sophisticated DwellStudio print and high quality standard. The three new DwellStudio baby collection prints are: Owls, Paper Dolls and Sparrow. The owl may have been a popular decorative motif in the 50’s and 60’s, but DwellStudio’s Owls print is updated with a sweetly playful sensibility. Paper Dolls was inspired by an old childhood favorite made with colorful silhouettes that are sure to inspire young imagination. While Sparrow is the kid friendly take on DwellStudio’s classic Chinoiserie pattern that features blooming boughs and sweet songbirds that will lull your little one to sleep. DwellStudio understands and somehow lives by the principle of style thus has continued to produce these useful yet pretty home items for the hip, young, worldwide market. And now DwellStudio celebrates as it arrives in fashionable Manila. Weeks ago, Adam Gobble of DwellStudio New York visited to introduce these new items that Rustan’s Department Store will carry exclusively from the trendy brand. Together with Gretchen Uy and Oliver Dexter Sy of DwellStudio Manila, they welcomed an exclusive group of guests at The Peninsula’s Presidential Suite. Tea time proved to be fun with everyone buzzing about the exciting new products. Bloggers and journalists, stylists and the simply stylish were spotted at the event. The likes of Kathy Huang, Jenni Epperson, Philip Cu-unjieng, Juana Manahan-Yupangco, Candy Dizon, Michael Salientes, Liza Ilarde-Cuenca, Nini Falcon, Andrea de Guzman, Janina Hoschka and Salome Uy were just some of those who spent the afternoon dwelling on and drooling at all the products the transformed Suite had inside. DwellStudio 2010 stocks are carried at the Home and Baby sections of Rustan’s Department Store, Makati.
