Happy Birthday Devon Lucas!!
Previous entry: Jewish Baptism of Devon July 3, 2012
Such a good boy! He had no fuss and was just so well behaved. Marco told me that he has travelled with them to so many places already in his one year of life because he is such an easy baby to take care of
What an amazing Safari adventure!!! Barbie Pardo did such a great job transforming Acqua! Barbie said that the venue itself was already beautiful to begin with so it was just a matter of dressing it up to theme

As we walked out of the villa towards the beach, there was this wonderful set up!
There was a harpist for our background music

On our last night at Aman, we all released paper lanterns with our wishes. We did this by the beach beside our dinner table. Jigger was the first to release his lantern
Raffy and Carmina
Sam
Jerome – you can see the wishes scrolled up and tied to the lantern
Lindy
Ours
We looked at the news the next day and apparently that same night in Ilo Ilo they were releasing lanterns too and they made it to the Guiness Book of World Records with the most number of paper lanterns

What a nice event held by Smart Infinity at Urdaneta Village, hoping we will have the same in our village 🙂 It’s always nice to have a reason to get together with the village residents

The next day I wanted to go back to the path to the Lagoon restaurant since I saw a grotto and a cave. I was scared to go at night 🙂 Hmmm…looks like someone is setting up for a BBQ
The Grotto
Which has a small chapel
Pathway leading to the grotto
and to the beach
Then the island cave
Looks like a romantic dinner set up by the Island cave 🙂
It was lighted at night so maybe its nicer at night
Wow how romantic! 🙂
On the way back to the villa we saw this guy trying to catch something
Sea urchin for our dinner!! 🙂

Jerome treated us to dinner at the vietnamese restaurant nearby the Villa. Thank you Jerome!!
Though I was hoping we could have Villa meals, I was happy we went to The Lagoon and so we saw Emily and Josh! 🙂
We had a healthy dinner with mostly vegetable dishes and seafood. I did not monitor anymore as I was too intent on trying to figure out how I could take a photo of Emily and Josh! 🙂
