Once you’ve signed up, they handle all the rest. They will:
Receive and install your DirecTV™ DVR and your Slingbox™ at their facility in Virginia Beach, VA
Activate and configure your DVR

Configure your Slingbox™ for remote access over the Internet
Maintain your equipment and provide technical support
