Heart2Heart did not want to tempt anyone only to find out there were no rib caps available for sale

to go with the Bryan Flannery Rib cap! And James threw in a t-bone and a rib eye
Thanks to our new peppermill from Gaita and the Fleur de Sel of James which he can’t live without for his steaks
James always tells his friends that rib caps should be eaten sparingly as it is very rich on its own, well, Newton and Pao just gobbled it down!
It’s been difficult lately to get supply of rib caps from Bryan Flannery, so limited supply only for now
