Roadtrip to Porac Pampanga

We went on a road trip to Pampanga!! Love road trips because it is bonding time again 🙂

Road Trips August 9, 2010

My bestfriend, Eds, planned the trip as she is part of the ” FOR THE BENEFIT OF ” committee for our Velada together with Lala.  So the three of us went starting out early at 7am.  Lots of stories and eating! Super fun!

Road trips are fun because it is also snacking time 🙂

I brought my cheese snacks

We took around an hour and a half to get to where we were going

Obviously, we did not go there 🙂  we took the other fork on the left side

On the way back, Eds made sure we passed by here!!  We did not pass the SCTEX so we took the normal Pampanga route and this is on the left side of the bridge on the way to Pampanga so we passed by on the way home so we would be on the right side of the street. It is the side where there is a Jollibee and Mc Donalds

They are known for their Buko Pandan salad!!

It comes frozen

and you can buy it like ice cream where it comes in gallons.  I took home 4 cups for the family to try and it was wiped out!!! Really yummy!!

They also have juice but I did not get to try this

Another bestseller is the siomai -people were buying it one after the other – i think more for the price than the taste.  It was okay tasting.  They sold it in 10’s ( P 70 ) , 20’s ( P 130 ), 30’s ( P 195.)  50’s ( P 325 )

Hi. Nathaniel’s has a branch in Timog Avenue, Quezon City. It’s one block away from Quezon Avenue. Happy eating!
