My friend, the Queen of Davao :-), Carmina, threw a birthday dinner for Raffy’s 40th birthday! It was a nice evening with Raffy’s closest friends and we are privileged to be part of it
Carmina did all the preparations and set up herself as she does catering as a business in Davao and owns and operates a Thai restaurant there. I am still hoping we could visit her one day in Davao
All the fruits on the table are from the farm of Raffy in Davao. People were eating them for dessert and some were taking them home 🙂 They were very sweet!!
Carmina cooked all the appetizers- Tuna Cilantro on rice crackers
Malagos Cheeses from Davao ( which she actually discovered from Heart2Heart )
Kofta Balls with Mint Yogurt sauce and Chicken Curry pouches
Before dinner, I followed Carmina to the kitchen since they were going to prepare our meal 🙂
Thanks to Ricky ” Goon” Morelos who helped Carmina
Goon is a very good cook and he also accepts order for take out. We really enjoyed his cooking!
