The original Zuma is this one in Knightsbridge, London. We have been to two out of the 6 ( as of 2013 ) in other countries and we love Zuma. This is probably the best so far among all

When you order sashimi and sushi, they put it together in a nice arrangement like this 🙂 It varies depending on the order and the platter changes as well. I saw many passing by and on the Sushi counter
Very good service – Bharat was overseeing our table and we are well taken cared of
It’s very busy at Zuma, so it’s quite difficult to get a reservation
Seared Salmon with Lime Shiso Soy- I don’t really like Salmon too much but to me this was amazing!
Miso fumi no foagla umeboshi Zoe – seared miso marinated foie gras with meboshi compote – very good quality foie gras!
