Good food with good conversations await in Cocinas Viajeras, a stylized food truck festival featuring Ayala Malls’ premier restaurants, and the creations of top chefs, including Chef Gaita Fores, Chef Chele Gonzales, Chef Myrna Segismundo, Chef Rob Pengson, Chef JP Anglo, Chef Noel dela Rama, and Chef Sau del Rosario. Catch the Cocinas Viajeras as they tour Bonifacio High Street (April 10-12), Trinoma (April 11-12), Glorietta (April 17-18), and Alabang Town Center (April 24-25). So happy to catch Chef Noel dela Rama who is based in New York. He’s the personal chef of many prominent families there and also when he’s in Manila (The Zobels). My Tita Merl and family loves him and he cooks for them too when he’s here. He’s here in Manila just for the Gastronomy festival of Ayala Malls particularly Cocinas Viajeras. He’s selling Spanish tapas in his food truck!
He is also the visiting chef of CCA Culinary school and so they are also cooking in the food truck. Come visit him in Bonifacio High Street til tomorrow. Chef Rob Pengson From Shine Cafe And The Goose Station in his food truck selling Lechon kawali soft taco, Jamon + Latik cookie sandwich and Parmesan potato chips! Sorry Sunshine that’s your head but I didn’t want to bother you for the photo! You guys were so busy and the line was so long I could not wait anymore but was happy there was a long line!!
