Restaurant 101

Restaurant 101 has been in operations for over a year now. The restaurant is part of the Hotel and Restaurant management school, Enderun. http://www.enderun.com.ph. We were impressed with Enderun and the quality of the facilities in the school and that such exists in our country. There are already around 300 students. We had a very good impression especially by the students who were all very formal in their suits. It is timing to have such a school in a country where the hotel and restaurant industry is booming.
