“Get Fit in 10 Minutes!” by Coach Jim Saret
Get Ready for the Holidays with a Festive Meal by MARY GRACE Dimacali (of the famous cheese rolls & ensaymadas)Thanks to Ola and Gigi for organizing this month’s Mothers Club.
We realized we should have been in our gym outfits so we could do the 10 minute workout of Coach Jim Saret….but I was so amazed when our host, Mimie, actually changed into her outfit and demonstrated for us. She is a perfect host and I love it because she is always “game” to participate and lead the group. We were very impressed with what we learned from Coach Jim and how he convinced us to do this 10-minute workout everyday, but after “getting fit in 10 minutes” we go back to eating and gaining back the calories we lost in the 10-minute workout! 🙂 Mary Grace of course did not reveal her secret recipes for her famous Ensaymadas and cheese rolls, instead she taught us some very interesting dishes which were all very simple to do, yet delicious. Another fruitful day at Mothers club!
