I visited one Saturday afternoon…….Another house to admire as they both did the interiors themselves. They are very artistic!!! Not only is the house done well, but there is something about the house…..it is very peaceful and it had a very relaxing atmosphere. All the drapes were tied because it was raining that afternoon, the wind was cool, it was quiet, and that feeling of peace was really nice. It was such a nice ambience just hanging out there….I guess when a house is filled with love… it shows…….

Every corner and piece of furnitures & fixtures most likely express the couple’s persona. I said this because their choice of interiors and the manner they were laid aren’t what we typically see in a regular household. My favorite place would be their toilet//bath. I like how the lights reflect against the green wall and the frame plus the natural green plant at the side which gives us a sense of serenity.
CONGRATS, Gippy & Hindy!
Beautiful place and very lovely ” Home” !
Now, i understand why nothing fazes Lucas.

Hi, Rica! Beautiful home! I like the way that it does not look like it was fixed up for a magazine shoot. It is a real home with real people living in it. I like the little, sort of altars of stuff/ ineterests placed around the house; testament to the owners’ confident sense of individuality and self-expression. Your are right also about it being a peaceful and serene abode. As usual, love the pics!
Hi Gippy & Hindy,
What a lovely home you’ve created together. Wonderful to see you both live out your lives in harmony and joy. Still remember the 1st time I met Hindy as Gippy’s special girl on a boating trip we all went on around Manila Bay some 20+years ago, through your NYC years and now happily settled back in Manila.
May you continue to be blessed with lots of love & joy!
Hugs always,
Tita Reggie
Hi everyone, thanks for your messages. Rics, even as embarrassing as this is, thank you for all the nice comments. To be completely honest, I feel our house is never “done”. There’s so much I want to do and fix and repair. It’s really just a bunch of inherited / acquired / salvaged / stolen (jk!!) pieces that we put together as best we can. Oh well, there is a saying: “Out of perfection, nothing can be made.” and Gip and I sure like “making” things so this is our household fate for now!
Tita Reg, has it been 20 years??? Geez, laos na ba tayo?? Hope to see you in Manila soon. Hugs to Tito Steve-o.
