Hai Shin Lou

I have never been to Hai Shin Lou before but they say it is newly renovated.This has been Dad’s craving for the past weeks.  After having the “pitik pitik”  in Victoria City Seafood Restaurant, Dad has been wanting to eat it over and over.  They have it here in the Philippines and bigger in size, though the one in Victoria’s is still different, this is a good alternative.  And Hiro was right, it is called Sea Mantis.  I would recommend the fresh seafood from Hai Shin Lou.Look for Ben, the manager……The Sea Mantis – fresh from the tank
