For almost 20 years that we have been going back to New York, Serendipity is a definite stop to have the FRRROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE!!!! This time we took the kids and now they love it too! One order is even too much for the 2 kids and James but there was a minimum of $ 8.50 per person so they made them order some more so they allowed another order. But nevermind, it is worth it!!! There are many things on the menu, but we come mainly for the frrrozen drinks!
Serendipity3 is located at:225 East 60th Streetbetween 2nd and 3rd AvenuesNew York, NY 10022 |

Thank you very much Paolo and Trina for a superb dinner!! Wow! Let’s do this always! 🙂 Great ambience, great food, great company! A wonderful evening with our good friends.
It was agreed among us that Elbert’s Steakroom is our all time favorite for steak but Fire Place is a different experience all together with many other good offerings and definitely a great experience.
Sorry about the menu, it was very difficult to take a photo of the menu as the lettering was very small and they were quite strict about taking photos
The Oysters Rockefeller was very good!
They were featuring German White Asparagus
The same kind of wood fired oven being used for pizzas was being used to cook the steaks, chicken, seafood, etc.
Dry Aged Certified Angus Rib Eye was recommended by the staff
I was the only one who ordered grilled chicken and it was really really good. Wood fired oven grilled as well.
YUMMY DESSERTS!
Hot chocolate soup!!WOW! This was a gigantic version of a vahlrona chocolate cake type but with more chocolate flowing on the inside! WOW! And Wow, the Mille Feuille of berries. I love berries! Anything Mille Feuille and anything berries!!!

In line with the thrust of Rustan’s in BEING TRULY FILIPINO, A Festival was held to feature merchandise from Mindanao. To launch the festival was a costume exhibit by Salvador Bernal and a beautiful dance number by the Philippine Ballet Theater.
A joint effort by Rustan’s headed by Mr. Bienvenido Tantoco Jr, President, and Mrs. Mita Rufino who heads and organizes Heritage Month every year.

The Manila Soccer Academy ( MSA ) had their culminating activity to end this year’s first module for the summer. There will be a new module which starts June 9 to August 1.
Maxi and Maricel organize and head MSA. They are there everyday to supervise the classes.
Stefano is the son of Maxi and Maricel and the classmate of Jaime. This kid always amazes me. That day he was acting as coach for Javier’s team. I was listening to him and he was telling the kids not to blame the goalie and that everyone has to work as a team.
