A few weeks ago, Rachelle served a cheese platter which was really really delicious.

I was very surprised to find out that it was locally made in a Davao farm. I normally only hear of local cheeses such as quesong puti or mozzarella being made here in our country but  something similar to blue cheese and camembert? WOW!! So i asked Rachelle to share her source with me.  Hopefully one day I can visit the farm and see where and how it is actually made.

Heart2Heart loves cheese!  especially if it is proudly Filipino made!  🙂

Rachelle served us Chevre, Blue Peppato and Feta ( from left to right )

Hello Rica, am a big fan of your posts! Happy Holidays too!

  • I have beein to Malagos farm. While we were going around the compound savoring the beauty of their widely assorted flowers, playground and cottages (it is a spacious one), we came across a small restaurant and I saw white cheese being served to one of its customers. I wondered at that time, where they got their white cheese because I did not see any herd of cows nor goat around……Gee, that is a variety of cheese products they have there
