I love Je Suis Gourmand. I did my first kitchen internship (before cooking school) at Marc Aubry’s first restaurant in the La Tasca Building in 1992. I learned a lot and it was fun so whenever I’m bak home, which isn’t that often, I make sure to eat there. Looks like you had a good dinner!
