Red Mango

Yes! Heart2Heart loves FROZEN YOGURT!!!

I received a note from a Heart2Heart viewer, Amy. She told me about Red Mango! Though I have heard about it opening at Trinoma, I have not been there since it is far from where I live. But when Amy sent me her note, I was more convinced to go so I travelled all the way to Trinoma the NEXT DAY! Thanks Amy for your tip, if not for you, I probably would not have tried it until it opened in my side of town.

This is so far the only frozen yogurt place that has many other offerings on their menu aside from frozen yogurt

They are the only ones with a FAMILY SIZE! That is a gigantic cup which can be shared by a family! I think i can finish that myself!! 🙂

I followed Amy’s advice and had the SHAVED ICE! I normally like frozen yogurt alone and plain but I wanted to try this…….YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only frozen yogurt that offers shaved ice with the yogurt. You cannot see it because it is under the frozen yogurt. Crush the ice under and eat it with your yogurt! YUM!!!!!!!

Valentine’s day balloons

We were driving in the village and we saw this bunch of balloons on a motorcycle- we went after it to take a picture! I thought it was a unique moment to capture! I am glad they made it safely..looked a bit dangerous… but a nice sight to see on Valentine’s Day!

Merienda at Astralis

My sister invited us out this time for an afternoon with Mom. We decided to make it a regular thing to spend time with the girls. We watched a nice movie at Power Plant Mall. We cried and loved the movie…

and then we had merienda at Astralis. Since it is mom’s recent favorite, my sister chose that place.

We got excited when we saw this sign on the table…

They did not have the buffet at the time we were there, but they gave us a sample to try 🙂 They served us the FRENCH raclette…. it was good but we prefer the SWISS kind which is not as strong as the French raclette

Though we each ordered our own dishes, we still shared everything

Our GM’s favorite Salad – Apparently is Mom’s favorite salad too, so this is Mom’s order

Baked Oysters Three Ways – this is my sister’s order, she loves oysters!

This is a new discovery for us. Our eldest brother told us to order this! He knew it was our type because Mom serves us something like this. Our brother was right! We loved it!! It is a Japanese type of pasta! We highly recommend this if you like cod roe

Sato-San’s Japanese Mentaiko Spaghetti – spicy cod roe, nori on cream sauce

Oh my gosh! This dessert is a must! They recommended this to us!

Chocolate Truffle with Lemon Curd and Peanut Ice Cream!!!! The chocolate truffle cake is so yummy!!!!
