I was able to take a peek at the new Shangri-la in Boracay. Of course, Shangri-la never fails to live up to its name and reputation. It was beautiful! I heard that there are 1,700 staff manning the resort…not to mention 170 security guards around the area guarding the guests. It is an island on its own…peaceful and quiet. Be prepared to stay in this resort and only in this resort to relax, enjoy and have a peaceful vacation..as it is a beautiful island on its own

Tree Top villas which I heard are very beautiful! and you can already imagine the view
Because the resort is very big, golf carts are provided to take you around especially if you are staying in a villa

is there a house disc jockey at alon and solana bar? the place is so nice its like a heaven hidden in an island….my family are planing to go there next week,just want to know if theres a disc jockey already at those bar coz we love music of course.

You are right about Solana bar, it is beautiful. It has one of the BEST VIEWS in the island. I will feature it also. Please contact them directly about the disk jockey as I am not sure.
hi rica. i enjoyed this entry thoroughly. the resort looks amazing… somewhat like an updated Shangri-La Mactan version with a hint of “Aman Resorts” style. and the water looks so inviting! one thing though. the sand looks coarser than those in station1. perhaps it’s the lighting?
