This 2009 β€œwomen’s hair trends will play to the extreme” shares Maiya Noh. β€œWe will see more of the bob, bangs and fringe hairstyles in different lengths and volume.” Jinny Kim also introduces Park Jun’s Beauty Lab’s unique services such as Volume Rebonding, which not only straightens out the hair but gives it volume, and Volume Magic Wave that creates perfect and more natural looking curls. Stylist Al Ong also stresses this season’s highlight on the curls which is also one of the salon’s specialties through Perming. Finally, Kino Lee offers Korea’s edgy hair styles for the stylish Filipino men, β€œMen can try a decorous or asymmetric cut if they have a natural wave. Something like a twist of the classic school boy cut with a bit of rocker-edge.”

Kino took care of me last week and he is really good!Β  He was very concerned about my hair and he taught me how to care for my hair.Β  They had gadgets which I never saw in any salon in our country – instead of the normal steamer they put when you have a hot oil, they have this machine that they put directly on your head and the temperature is just right

I got curious about the name ” PArk Jun” so I have to think twice and google their salon name before I decided to try them and luckily I found out that they had “GREAT Staff Mr. Kino Lee who is openly helped me to get a new haircut . He is really paying attention on what her customer wants to achieve on there new hairstyle. I really love the result of my new hair color and unique hairstyle ” I felt like i was 10 years younger. Thanks PARK JUN especially “KINO” I will see u guys later~~~~~~~~

Been to Park Jun last Friday. Jinny Kim was the one who gave me a cut. She was nice to talk to about anything. Jinny advised me to have a volume rebonding as I have a curly/wavy/unmanageable hair at the front part. I would love to try it, but… I’m not hearing any CASSSHHHINGGG! at the moment. Lol. I’ve been to T&J though, but only few are speaking english well. Of course, you want to chat with your stylist to have rapport and to make yourself comfy with them.

I’ll definitely go back to Park Jun to have a volume rebonding…hopefully. ^___^

    do they accept credit cards?

they have a very well-trained shampooing girl/ assistant, they are very concern in all aspects from the very first step at the door up to going out or if your done with your business inside ( haircut, inquiring..etc.). They serve costumers really well. i have a haircut yesterday and Jinny kim the style director gave me one. at first i really want something new so i asked her the new look that suits me but still same length of my hair. since i have no bangs, she suggests to me to have it and layer for my hair to have a body and volume at least. They have this album that you can choose from and to clarify the style she’s suggesting so there. After the haircut she taught me what should i do to make my hairstyle stay beautiful. She create a conversation like where do we live, and nationality, like that.so you’ll not be bored when you’re inside the salon. Jinny kim and others are very friendly and Afte my haircut she accompanied us up to the lobby and gave us her calling card. Wave us goodbye. πŸ™‚

ive been to park jun and it is a really nice place.. koreans are very nice and friendly i got a haircut from their new style director james lee.. πŸ˜€ he was very friendly and speaks good english πŸ˜€ i love that he keeps on explaining what he’s doing to my hair why he didnt have it layered whats good..

and they don’t offer things you don’t need.. for example he said that i didn’t need a hair treatment when i was planning to get one.. instead he suggests stuff that i should use or a better one πŸ˜€

i love the filipinos who shampoo and washes your hair their really nice to talk with πŸ˜€

    it was definitely an experience

  • PAO says:

just had my haircut today also.. james lee also did my hair.. he was nice and funny..

  • Kat says:

Just had my haircut today. Ms. Katie Kim was my stylist and although she didn’t know a lot of english, she made sure I understood what she was doing to my hair. I had a haircut and she suggested I get the Oily scalp and Muran treatment because my scalp is very oily while my hair is severely damaged and dry from all this heat. :3 I absolutely love how she did my layers since none of my other stylists ever got what I wanted to do with my hair, and she did the job flawlessly. Her assistant, Ms. Abby, was also really nice and friendly and she gave me a step by step explanation as to what and why she was putting stuff in my hair the whole time. I’m definitely loving my new look: it looks healthier, shinier and softer.

  • giselle says:

    is james better than kino?

  • Claire says:

I’ve heard alot of good things about your salon, and i’ve seen so far that alot of filipino celebs apparantly trusts you guys. I would like to come to your salon when i go to philippines for vacation :]

  • luchiel ann says:

what do you mean by make up with hair??

  • liza matias says:

i had my volume rebond in your salon a year ago with kino, a little pricey, but anyway its worth it…the best rebond i had…and i think im coing back to have my hair done again…..

  • giselle says:

last time i checked, kino’s no longer connected with the salon )-:

  • Ann Santos says:

hi guys, I’m about to get a volume rebond and I’m still thinking whether to go to Tony & Jackey or Park Jun. Hope you gals can help me decide. And another question, is it okay to get a volume rebond even if you have thick hair? I used to get x-tenso done at Piandre and it’s kinda too flat I guess. Thanks!

  • janakidiary says:

Hi. Thanks for the info. I actually linked this entry to my site’s entry about haircuts. Hope that’s okay πŸ™‚

  • James says:

I highly recommend Park Jun’s πŸ™‚ For the five times (and counting) I had been there, they never cease to amuse me. Especially Miss Jinny, she’s really great. They can speak english fluently, so the interaction on what a customer wants and needs won’t be a problem πŸ™‚ see may facebook account to see my latest look and to show how good they are, FYI, I had cury hair down to the roots, I even tried an afro look (nightmare!, haha) ^-^ search “James Galen Soria”

  • zette says:

it advisable rebound a new hair color? do you accept it? and how much is it?

  • Flo says:

I got my hair done few days ago with Ms. Cindy. Quite pricey but all worth it. I love my new curls plus the treatment. I recommend their mucota treatment for those who have frizzy and damaged hair.
