Elbert’s Burgers

We were able to try the new burgers of Elbert in Powerplant Mall!  I ordered the single patty with provolone cheese….only to realize that I prefer the DOUBLE patty with American Cheddar!!!  So I started munching on Jaime’s cheeseburger!! 🙂  We will definitely be back for more!!!  Elbert started offering the new burgers last August 1, Saturday!  Better go and try it!  YUMMY!!!!

Water Parks in Guam

Maybe the beach was not as crowded because each resort has their own recreational facility and pools which are also very nice.  James took the kids to Tarza which was recommended by our friend, Rey.   The kids really enjoyed here especially the flow rider

We were able to take a quick peek at Pacific Islands Club which is another resort with a big recreation facility.  Many friends recommended this place especially if you are with kids.  You get a special price to enter if you stay in the hotel and for outsiders, it almost doubles.  The price includes meals already.   I found this place a bit crowded and busy just by looking from the top and hearing the crowd in the waterpark. Maybe I am getting old and prefer a more peaceful place.  But definitely it looks like fun!

Hy’s Steakhouse

Thank you to Mr. Ely Del Carmen and family for hosting such a wonderful dinner at their Steakhouse.  Hy’s is a Canadian Steakhouse franchise.

Very Berry

The frozen yogurt loving family of course searched for a frozen yogurt place in Guam……hoping to find our favorite, Golden Spoon…… there was no Golden Spoon  but we found one!

We went here everyday to get our dessert and to refresh from the heat!  The place served more than just frozen yogurt but we mainly went there for the yogurt
