We hired a taxi to take us around the city – it was cheaper than renting the hotel car. And we could not find any rent a car company in Naga. So we were lucky to use the services of Eugene to drive us around. He was proud that his company cars were all brand new 🙂 He was happy I took a photo of him 🙂
The city is not very big. It is around 20 minutes from the airport to get to the center.

First stop, the new SM City!! A sure sign of progress and potential in the area!

Many Many people – it was a Saturday

Heart2Heart is so happy that SM is also embarking on environmental concerns. I believe that it is important because SM reaches to a very very wide range of the population and if they can educate the majority of the population, then our country will definitely be more conscious and aware of environmental issues

I heard that Biggs is a popular easing place in Naga, I hope to get to try it next time
This was their branch inside SM

Wow!! Where can you eat in a nice diner like this with prices like these! So affordable and I am sure VERY GOOD!

We stopped by the Ateneo….. Dad was feeling proud because it was a beautiful campus

with a beautiful church

and their version of the Pieta

More Churches around the city…they must be very religious

Religious statues

Cathedral of Naga

Eugene took us to this pasalubong center near the market…here you can buy all the native delicacies…mostly pili nuts

I don’t normally listen to politicians talk but when I see a city or a nation that is improving and developing, someone must be behind all that….. and I can feel it strongly in Naga. That is the only time I ask, who is the Governor here? Who is is responsible for this? for making a difference?
