Establishment

I was able to take a peek at The Establishment. The place has 3 different dining areas – one for cocktail which I was able to try and two other dining areas for dinner with different menus.  I hope to get to try the others next time.  It’s a beautiful place.

wow. I do recognize this concept. I went to the Bazaar by Jose Andres here in Los Angeles http://www.thebazaar.com. It also has 3 different sections which you can alternate when you are dining there. It’s a beautiful place. 1 section is for classic tapas, the other is for modern tapas, and the last one is a bar/dessert area.
