We went to Manila Golf ( The Best View in Makati Aug 6, 2009 ) since Javier wanted to play golf…
But, we really came to have lunch 🙂 They have a new concessionaire running the kitchen and they serve Bravo pizza which we all love because it is super thin!
And they have some chinese dishes
Dimsum
Salt and pepper squid which we questioned as we did not see any salt and pepper and argued that this was calamares
Some of their old dishes like the mozzarella sticks
Buffalo chicken wings
Seafood Pasta

Heart2Heart invented this sandwich….you should try it! Very easy to make! One of the key ingredients is Village Gourmet’s pizza crust ( onion, parmesan, garlic and mozzarella cheese ) which you have to use like a pita pocket. Slice the pizza crust into 2 and the you have to slit the middle of the crust so it becomes a pita pocket. Heart2Heart found another way to use the pizza crust 🙂
The filling is a mixture of the following:
Bacolod chicken strips
( chicken, calamansi, garlic, sliced ginger then chopped thinly- mix all together to marinate the chicken, then grill )
feta cheese crumbles
pesto
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
Then stuff it inside the pita bread

We finally got to try BBQ Chicken. Our brother, John, has been telling us to go since last year and it was only now that we had the chance to try it. We treated Daddy to lunch because we know he likes chicken- especially grilled chicken
Their bestseller which is their original chicken – it reminds me of KFC but in a milder form and does not taste as commercial. The chicken was really tender and it was really good 🙂 It comes with their rice, but I requested for plain rice
Grilled Chicken Bugalbi is their next bestseller which was also very good. This is like the korean bbq chicken and it is grilled
Teri Q Wings
Seafood fried rice
They have daily specials aside from the menu
Heart2Heart likes the Col-Pop idea where the drink and the chicken are in one cup, Unique idea 🙂
This was the promo when we ate there last week
This is the newest one now, so I guess it changes often
They have another branch on the same street which is purely for takeout and they have a different menu, here it is:

We also look forward to Dina’s turn for Sunday lunch. When it is her turn, her food is prepared by her very loyal and reliable cook, Nelia. Nelia learns quickly and can make many kinds of dishes. Dina and I rely on our cooks for our Sunday lunches – Nelia and Edna ( Homemade Spanish Dinner January 22, 2009 ) – We are lucky we have them!
Yummy and nice looking salads 🙂
A chinese noodle dish, wow! 🙂
Lumpia Shanghai which is a de Jesus family favorite – we all make our own versions when we take turns 🙂
Crispy adobo which comes in bite pieces- YUMMY!
Beef with broccoli- another Chinese dish
Fish with capers
Beef Tenderloin
A pasta dish we learned form Gaita in Mothers Club
