Sampling Steaks

Late last year, my husband, James, brought in some samples of steaks from the US for us to try.  

Thanks to Elbert and Adrian for hosting and cooking them for us.   

Liza and I were the only girls in the table 

Here are the steaks that had just arrived chilled flown in by air!

While waiting, we had our soup and salad 

and good wine of course

Then the steaks!! Miam Miam! 

The verdict:  James is importing the steaks so more people can enjoy them!!
