A beautiful residential condominium right across Gramercy Park, New York City
We were fortunate to have visited a friend’s place in this very exclusive residence, not to mention, the neighbor of Karl Lagerfeld!
The condo was designed by John Pawson who is known for his minimalist style. Some of his works are the Cathay Pacific lounge in the Hong Kong airport, Calvin Klein boutique and many others

Everything in the condo is controlled by this- music, temperature, lights, window shades, etc. They can also control it from their computer in Manila if needed
