I remember Bulgin and Lils house being behind walls and I could not even see where the house was, so when we went back a year later,  we definitely did not miss the house.  BEAUTIFUL!  I told them it reminded me of a Palm Springs home

The architect is Franklin Mariano who is the uncle of Lils….. 

…but everything inside is done by Lils.  She told me that she picked each and every single thing inside the house and took charge of every single detail that was done inside the house
