Another foodie evening with JC! We took our friend, Dan, along to enjoy the cooking of JC
Chorizo spread for appetizer
JC made a Pork Bone in Loin ( usually cut up into pork chops )
into a Pork Rib Roast which is like Roast beef style!
It was really really good and tasty!
And he cooked pasta with bolognese sauce! YUMMY!
