Here it is up close- corn, bacon, tomatoes, chinese sausage, tinapa flakes, scrambled egg and chicharon and of course the rice in the middle. Mike said that we had to mix everything, but we told him not to mix it so we have the flexibility to choose what we want and in the amount that we want 🙂 I guess you can be as creative as you want too and choose the ingredients you want in your own FIESTA RICE!

Some of the featured life stories include Dr. Rosita Lim Gaw-Leong (education advocate), Jullie Yap Daza (journalist/media personality), Betty Go Roxas-Chua (founder “Rosary for Life”), Teresita Sy-Coson (SM), Linda Lim-Panutat (Founder “Bosom Buddies”), Josephine Gotianun-Yap (CEO, Filinvest Development Corp), Queena Lee-Chua (Educator), Kennie Asuncion (Internationally ranked Badminton Player), Roxanne Ang-Farillas (Founder “Plains and Prints) and Pinky Tobiano (CEO and Founder, Qualibet Testing Services).
The objective of the ICA Alumnae Association is to continue and reinforce the formation that the school instituted. And true to the ideals of ICA, the seeds that were planted have borne much fruit: many ICA students and alumnae have made significant—although some quiet and uncelebrated—contributions to society in their profession, vocation, mission…and in faith.
This book is a fund-raising project for its many outreach programs and other activities.

Chorizo spread for appetizer
JC made a Pork Bone in Loin ( usually cut up into pork chops )
into a Pork Rib Roast which is like Roast beef style!
It was really really good and tasty!
And he cooked pasta with bolognese sauce! YUMMY!
