Nancy at Summer Palace, Edsa Shangri-la Hotel

When we go to Summer Palace, Mom just looks for Nancy and she takes care of everything. She suggests and then we just say OKAY! 🙂 You just have to decide on the size of the order

I don’t know the names of the dishes – nancy just describes them so that’s how I will describe them also

We did not order this, she just sent it and we loved it! Mom and I loved this! Fresh pomelo with like a wasabi sauce and with caviar on top

Javier was looking for the shredded chili beef in cuapao bread like what he has in Peking Garden- so he asked Nancy and this is what came!  It was like crispy thin beef that was sweet! YUMMY!   Wiped out fast!

I requested for this- the prawns with cereals

This was fried fish which was so so good!! Nancy said you have to eat it with the calamansi and true enough it was better with the calamansi. YUM YUM!

Another unique dish, fried soft shell crab with floss – YUM!!!

Of course xiao long bao and other dimsum

I liked this! it was a big sesame ball – looks big but mom said- it is just air inside!  🙂  So it was and it was really good!
