Payless is heaven sent for me – designs are fashion forward and truly worth their value. I love the three pairs I got last January and I always look at their Festival Mall branch whenever I go on my area visits. I hope that they set up a branch in Shopwise San Pedro – I know it will click with the market. I am also wishing they have shoes that have lower heels for everyday office wear.
