We had a special lunch in Subic this trip because we had a special guest who joined us…Tita Ludette!
Mom has these fancy placemats which are so cute You actually pull out the napkin from the wine bottle
We bought a griller from Royal Subic to grill our hotdogs and burgers. That’s David grilling for us
Here is Tita Ludette, our special guest and chef

Yummy galore! The novel napkin holder tells of the whimsical side of your Mom!
Hi! My sister Angela met you in Manila. I am new to blogging.
The lechon ribs sounds SO good. I want to try copying that here. Now I have to look for a good butcher in CT as the regular stores make the ribs to lean.
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Louise
wish i could have the recipe of the ribs….please:)
so you could actually just bake the lechon ribs with salt? looks so delicious ~ might try it one of these days!
