Cicou Now Open in Greenhills

I was happy that Eds and Jeanne planned their birthday celebration here.  I remember a nice experience when it was still at Hotel Celeste

I feel bad now that it is so far away from home and took it for granted being nearer in the Makati area.  I want to try the other dishes so will try to come back again
