I am always so happy to be at L’Entrecote. This time we were here to try the latest feature of the restaurant which is their Foie Gras by Rougie!
As you enter, you will see a small chiller with Rougie Foie Gras products which you can take away or of course have at the restaurant
Chef Martin Kaspar is there to always take care of us and prepare all the dishes!
That lunch time, we tried a little of everything on the Foie Gras menu and Wow!!! WHAT A TREAT!!!! We had wines to go with it and it was just perfect.
