Juana introduced me to her friend, the Chef of the restaurant, Chef Cheska Cariño. She graduated from Culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu in 2006, worked in LA, Japan and Vegas and recently in New York in Mamafoku, for 2 years. And now she is back and cooking for us! More power to you Cheska!

Cheska served me some goat cheese which is made from our local goat’s milk! YUM! All their goat cheese and goat milk products are from LeonPhilippe Farms’ Dairy Fresh n Lipa Batangas.

Dessert. I feel like a kid when eating milk with cookies! Love it 🙂 Both this and the Panna Cotta are made with Goat’s milk
