Here is a portrait of the famous Dr. Cuanang ( by Winner Jumalon 2006) found at the Pinto Museum. Thank you Dr. Cuanang for your amazing contribution to Philippine art!
We were toured by one of the Saling Pusa artists, Jim Orencio
The Museum had just opened last December 2010 and I heard it took around 2 years to build with the help of artist Tony Leaño
Love the display of the Philippine flag!
It’s Plet’s sculpture by the garden!!
I was just so awed and dumbfounded so to see so many beautiful antiques and art works around the place!
Wow! This was the first artwork you see as you enter the gallery! What a treasure!!!!!! A 1992 painting made by the Saling Pusa group! PRICELESS!
Dr. Cuanang has a beautiful collection! He knew these artists had talent and he supported them. How can you put a value to even just that alone? And now it is even so difficult to acquire such works from these artists – Elmer Borlongan, Tony Leaño, Mark Justinani, John Santos, Joy Mallari, Emmanuel Garibay, Geronimo Tapales and the rest of the group!
A special section for Mark Justiniani works! Wow!
Another building. Love the Leroy artwork on the facade!
Plet Borlongan again! Beautiful!!! I want a Plet sculpture in my garden! 🙂
Photo opportunity for Mom beside Plet’s beautiful art 🙂
Thank you also to another Saling Pusa artist, Andy Orencio, who is the brother of Jim and toured us also around the museum
Haha! 🙂

The Fifth Season by Roberto Coin is a line expressing the elegance which is typically represented by the tradition and philosophy of Roberto Coin, perfectly suited for today’s metropolitan dynamism.
It is the most informal expression of the world of Roberto Coin, with a charming casual-chic touch added to the Italian jewels made at The Fifth Season factory in Vicenza.
Style and manufacturing techniques remain the same to create a new, fresh and modern variety of jewellery creations, whilst some renown designs are reproduced in the preciousness of multi coloured silver.
This is the perfect collection for women who are looking for quality jewellery for the different seasons of their life – when the idea of a piece of jewellery is connected to an attitude more than to an ideal concept.
As usual, much attention is paid to the choice of precious and natural elements, thus guaranteeing the respect of Roberto Coin’s ethical principles.
Since 1996, a small ruby is hidden inside each piece of jewellery created by Roberto Coin. Legend has it that this marvelous gem, which is considered eternal, has the power to promote a long, healthy and happy life. This very same wish has now been passed on to The Fifth Season by Roberto Coin.
The Fifth Season by Roberto Coin is exclusively available at Rustan’s Makati, Shangri-la Plaza, Gateway, and Cebu Department Stores, and also available at the Newport Mall, Resorts World.

Since Howard and Lyn love art, the family took them to Antipolo to Dr. Cuanang’s home and gallery. I have not been here in so long. The last time was when the doctor was only starting and people were just talking about him. So, this was a big change for me to see how it has transformed. For me, the whole place is a work of art in itself. It’s beautiful, the garden, the works of art scattered all over the place and I just love all the old Filipino objects of art which are rare already nowadays. Truly anything that is of good quality will always have value many many years down the road

We met one of the gardeners who was very kind. He is one of the many gardeners who maintain the the place
He walked us down further past the pool
