For Krie’s birthday last November, we had a different celebration. Chef Javs cooked our meal! Thanks to Chef Javs, Mom’s kitchen is actually being used 
He loves staying with Lolo and Lola on weekends and no school days – and he loves to cook for them. Here is the kitchen as he prepares for dinner, I visited him to check on him but he does not like me to take much photos
One of Chef Javs specialty – Roast Chicken – I always tell him to cook the same thing over and over again so he can master a dish and be able to prepare it consistently all the time. So this dish he can do it well and really good
The family loves his beer battered fish and chips – especially Lola! This is always a special request!
