This time for dinner with our special guest, Roka from Japan
Crisp Fried Calamari
Spinach Tagliatelle with Wild Mushrooms and White Truffle Cream Sauce
Malcolm’s Bistecca ala Fiorentina – they brought the Porterhouse to show us before they cooked it
YUM!! Here is is sliced already
Wagyu beef fritters!! WOW!! Crispy taba in short 🙂
Almost gone and you can see the bone of the porterhouse starting to show 🙂 I did not see it at first since it was covered with the greens on top and surrounded by the sliced beef
Love love sides!
Steak fried rice!!!! YUM!
And Truffle Potato crisps – Roka and I could not stop getting from this bowl 🙂
And we had one of each of the two available desserts 🙂
