We ate out of the resort twice and this was one of them. Our tour guide recommended it as it was near the Elephant camp we were going to
No frills place but still clean and nice
Prices are one tenth of the resort restaurants and everyone said this was the best restaurant among all the restaurants we ate in in Chiang Mai! 🙂

Another kind of accommodation in the resort is the Colonial suite – it’s not a villa where it has its independent space and it doesn’t have its own pool, but it is still beautiful and much better than a hotel room

So nice to see many kinds of villas at the resort!! We asked them to tour us around and here is another kind of villa!

At The Mandarin Oriental, there are many kinds of rooms and villas! All beautiful!!
The resort was full due to the holidays and we had booked so late so this was the only one available. Deluxe Villa With outdoor jacuzzi

You really have to be careful of mosquitos in the place – they give you mosquito repellant in your room – make sure to use it and keep your doors closed at all times
