Shalizaar Persian Cuisine

We are so lucky we have a very efficient concierge, our friend Pepe 🙂  We asked him to look for a Persian restaurant for us in the area and he found one for us!! And we loved it!!!

You put the mint leaves, radish, walnuts and feta cheese inside the pita bread and roll and eat

A yogurt drink, Doogh, which James was hoping to taste like lassi but it was different – not sweet- it was yogurt with soda, mint and pepper

It’s a different menu from the Persian we expected – they did not have hummus 🙂

Mirza Ghasemi which we figured was Misa Kasemi which we order here in Manila – and it was! YUM!  Good thing they had this

Koobideh for me which was a lot!  I could eat only half of one stick but can eat almost all that rice! haha – good thing I have two boys with me to eat the rest
