You buy it frozen with the sauce in another plastic bag – here is another shot defrosted a bit
Two Sister is the brand she and Ed Quimson started- they were partners in a few food businesses – catering, booth in Salcedo market.
More importantly there were good friends
Very very easy to prepare. Michele said that even if you defrost it a few hours before it is still okay. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare! So imagine you can have instant crispy pata at home just like that!!
Here it is!! Super YUMMY!!! And a generous amount of skin!!!
