Baguettini by Ava Diaz Daza

Gloria was telling me over dinner that her daughter, Ava, has been making over 200 sandwiches in her kitchen for about a month now!  She started this just through instagram and just to show you how fast news spreads, she has been busy!  I wanted to try it so I asked Gloria if I could visit Ava and I came over

 The Baguettini team 🙂  Ava told me that the fillings of her sandwiches are family recipes which she developed to make her Baguettinis 

One of the secrets of her sandwiches is the bread – the mini baguette which is delivered fresh daily

I bought two to try – of course the Four Cheese and the Lechon kawali, so Ava toasted them 

and served them with different sauces! YUM!!!!!!  She asked me what my favorite sauce was, I said all!  I love mixing them all!  

The Four cheese went very well with the Truffle Honey which is suggested by Ava

Isn’t she lovely?  🙂  Such a pretty, nice, respectful and pleasant young lady.  Ava told me that she started this business during the summer because she wanted to make some money.  And now she is so busy making lots of money 🙂  She is the one who takes all the orders via text!
