From Farm to Fork! This seems to be the trend now – like Grace Park and Foragers in NYC
Thank you Chef Cheska Cariño for taking care of us and preparing a special meal for us
They had an event on the second floor for the Gilas team and we have the whole ground floor all to ourselves! 🙂
Mom had them change the table into square so we can all face each other

Premio Charcuterie Board – This was really very good! We had 3 boards! The Double smoked bacon is so good – it is comparable to Wolfgang’s bacon! A MUST when in Premio!
With brookies!!! Put the mallow on the brookies and eat it together! YUM!

We had a very good server- Cyn! She is a gem! She knows every dish in the restaurant and gives the best service!
Premio has Friday specials which look like fun 🙂
