Mini Caviar Pie by Happy Ongpauco Tiu

By | Yummy! | No Comments

What a nice gift which I received from the Dream Team!  Thank you!! I love the mini caviar pies!   It’s another option to serve the pie which makes it easier to eat rather than cutting from a larger pie.  Contact Happy at 0917-890-1225 for orders

Visiting Mark and Neng

By | Homes and Interiors | One Comment

When in Baguio, I always contact Mark and Neng to ask them what is new in the area and to see them of course 🙂  This time I made sure I invited myself to their home! haha!! 🙂  I love visiting homes.  It tells a lot about a person and I want to get to know more about my friends.  So after several tries, finally they allowed me to visit their home 🙂  I love the area of their home- it is very quiet and according to Neng, they have lots of water in this area and going down to their place is a path of sunflowers which comes out during summer.  Hopefully next time I get to see it and document it

Mark 🙂

As you enter – it is immediately the kitchen!  I love it!!

They have a collection of Starbucks tumblers and mugs – most of them gifts!  Mark and Neng LOVE Starbucks!

Neng made this for Mark

Lots of carrots for their baby who you will meet in awhile 🙂

Baby Basty! 🙂

Basty is trained so that he will only get the bone when Neng tells him to

Love the photos on the wall

It’s a loft so I went up

One of Neng’s priced possessions is her blender which her bestfriend Weng gave to her!  Neng is a very good baker!!!

She even baked for us her cinnamon rolls!!!

I requested for mini sizes and the one Neng gave was with chocolate chip filling! YUMMY!!!! Thank you Neng!!  We love you Mark and Neng!

Yakitori One

By | Foodie | No Comments

Heart2Heart is so happy to finally try Yakitori One in the Food court of SM Aura!

I love this food court!  It’s so clean and bright.  I hope it will stay this way and not only because it is brand new

Yakitori One is right beside it’s sister brand Pepper Lunch

Cecile told me that she and Jeroen has been wanting to open a Yakitori place for so long hoping she could get the Tori Q franchise from Singapore.  But it just did not seem to work out so they just created their own brand

The sauce that makes every yakitori taste good!

Grilling station

Each stick is grilled twice.  First in this grilling machine

Then lastly here.  Grilling is a much healthier alternative than fried!

It was coincidence that this was the day my friend, Peachy, could meet up with me and that she is the cousin of Cecile 🙂  We also bumped into Cecile who like me does not usually like to be in the photo! 🙂  Notice our table and all the yakitori!  James and my cousin Gogs joined us too so that is not all for us 🙂

This is the only yakitori I ordered that is salty – Tori Karaage which I love! 🙂  You have to order two to get the mayo sauce for free

Yakitori is better with rice 🙂

We ordered almost one of each of everything in the menu!  We wanted to try all!

More friends coming over to try Yakitori One!! Malu Gamboa, Raymond and Anna Rufino

And Keri Zamora always looking so pretty

Or you can take it out in this nice packaging

And since I did not see Jeroen, I took his photo from IG 🙂  Congratulations Jeroen and more power to you and Cecile!
