Since we were in Izmaelova the whole day, we of course had lunch there. They had a row of all these grilling stations and it’s quite confusing which one since they all look so good!!!! We just followed Richard and Sasa 
They are not cheap even if it is in a flea market -It is like you were in a restaurant even if the plates are disposable and the tables are not fancy. I don’t know if it is because we are in Russia, or just because they don’t have much competition in the market Nevertheless it is so yummy!!!
They call them shashlicks I just call them kebabs everywhere and Heart2Heart loves loves kebabs! Salmon- dad always gets the healthier alternative
