I come mostly for the food since I do not really drink. The highlight this year as you enter was the Angel of Gironde. The angel is made with 100% Pure Belgian Chocolate by Felchin. 120 kilos of dark chocolate, 80 hours of work, 5 feet 7 inches in height Handcrafted by Chef Chris Balane Chocolatier
Beside the angel were these huge cakes which were edible and was really very good. Around it were big truffle chocolates – they were actually hollow inside but it was very good. I even took home one
Spotted! The Joseph boys and some friends enjoying the evening!
German Executive Chef Meik Bremmer and his team of Chefs from the Marriot Hotel. The beef burgundy was cooked in 20 liters of French wine. It tasted really good!
