Looking forward to another art event by the Museum Foundation of the Philippines! It was nice to hear about the upcoming Art in the Park from no other than Trickie Colayco Lopa
And Nanette Reyes. This year, it will only be a one day event but it will cover the whole park including the area of the Salcedo Market and it will have longer hours. And there will be a total of 58 exhibitors versus 43 of last year so there will definitely be lots of new things to see this year!
Jomike Tejido who is part of INK and does artwork for children’s books
Will have an installation called Elly Riders. Watch out for them – you can ride them and they are also cabinets and drawers 🙂
Beautiful Maxine Syjuco of Art Lab is an artist from a family of artists 🙂 She will also have an installation of mixed media
Osie Ocampo, owner of Pablo Gallery, put up a new gallery called Suez and Zapote. It’s a collaboration with Team Manila which opened last year and they have prints by young artists
