Back at Gourmet Garage Subic and happy to see this Putobumbong and bibingka booth right in front! 🙂

Perfect for breakfast or anytime during the day!  It does not have to be Christmas to have putobumbong and bibingka!  They make it fresh when you order!

New tables and chairs to accommodate the diners!  This is now my favourite spot in the place

You can buy it by the weight or have it served.  This is how Chef Booj served it to us.  He shredded it and put it on top of a tomato omelette! YUM! and served it with Chinese sausage fried rice!!!

Gourmet Garage has the BEST condiment tray in the whole world!!  I am serious!

It has everything!  Where can you find a condiment tray that has olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Black truffle oil and pink Himalayan salt?

We all love this!  We can eat this breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Sometimes the whole table is just this because everyone orders it.  Gourmet Garage Tapa!  One of the bestsellers is a Filipino dish 🙂

It has two kinds of cheese slices- emmenthal and Mozzarella.  I love the pecorino french fries that go with it!!

    May I echo that? PLEASE open a branch of Gourmet Garage in Manila and please serve exactly what you have on the menu in the original branch in Subic? That hamburger looks TERRIFIC! and also the tapa! and the tomato omelet topped with shredded dried fish from Macau!
