Segragating when Unpacking

By | Green, Household Tips, Travel | No Comments

I love segregating 🙂 It really helps make things easier and more organised.  Even for the staff who will be the one to help pack them away

When we arrive from a trip, the household staff know and they already prepare all these plastic bins.  I love them.  I bought them in Shopwise for  3 pcs. for P 99.00!!!  I have around 10 sets so maybe 30 pcs. of these and we use them around in the house for a lot of things.  One of them is this!

When I unpack, each and every item that comes out has a basket to go to:

1.)  For laundry  2.)  To return to the closets  3.)  For pasalubongs  4.)  For the office  5.)  Bilins  6.)  My personal stuff that I will pack away myself   7.)  For hubby  8.) For kids  9.)  for Kitchen

It makes all our lives so much easier 🙂

Last month I saw the same laundry baskets in Shopwise at Buy One Take one which is close to the using price I bought them at but I like to have the same colour in black – so once in awhile they have these promos and I love them!!  I like them also because when storing it is very easy you just stack them and they don’t take much space

We were looking at our server and she was looking at us – and we all realised that she was the same server in Tei An!  🙂  She part times in Tei An and her main job is in Nobu.  We like both 🙂

What I liked in the bathroom was the toilet!!!  At first I did not want to enter and was wondering why they would put glass on the door!!!  Then I thought again that they would not do this so I just entered and tried to experiment and true enough as soon as you lock the door, the glass gets frosted!  AMAZING!!! Only the Japanese can think of these things!!

In the toilet of American Girl, there is a hook to hang your doll! 🙂

Pecan Lodge

By | Foodie, Travel | No Comments

James wanted to find out why this place was in one of the top ten in Dallas!  So we went to the Dallas Farmer’s market.  After all we are in Texas and we want to try their BBQ 🙂

We went early because we read about the long lines and true enough there was already a line before opening time.  There are two lines, the one in front are for people who ordered in advance and are picking up, for people ordering

There’s James at the end of the line.  This is the only stall in the market thats busy!

We are not expert bbq eaters, so we can’t tell if this is really the best but it was good 🙂  James wanted the burnt ends, but they ran out in just a few minutes after opening
